# One-week food-truck menu pilot Use this sheet to decide whether a small public menu-and-stops page answers your diners' questions. Keep your existing page if it already does. Ordering, payments, live location and stock systems need their own evidence; this pilot does not require them. ## Filled example — invented teaching data **Example Lunch Truck.** Information checkpoint: November 2, 2026, 9:00 a.m., America/Chicago. All places and prices below are fictional, not directions to a real truck. “Announced” means an operator-entered plan, not an observed current position. ### Stops All hours use America/Chicago. The canceled row stays visible so an old plan cannot become a mistaken visit. | ID | Date | Local hours | Place and entrance | State | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | S01 | 2026-11-03 | 11:00–14:00 | Demo Market, Gate A, Example Square | Announced | | S02 | 2026-11-04 | 17:00–20:00 | Practice Yard, east entrance, Sample Lane | Announced | | S03 | 2026-11-05 | 11:00–14:00 | Illustration Hall, forecourt | Canceled: no replacement announced | ### Menu “On menu” is a listed offering, not a live stock count. Listed prices do not calculate a checkout total or tax/fee quote. This example makes no dietary or allergen assurance. | ID | Item | Choice and listed price | State | Useful explanation | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | M01 | Bean bowl | Bowl: USD 10 | On menu | Operator-entered offering; ask staff before buying. | | M02 | Chicken bowl | Bowl: USD 12 | On menu | Operator-entered offering; ask staff before buying. | | M03 | Roasted vegetable wrap | Wrap: USD 9 | Paused | Not being offered in this plan. | | M04 | Chips | Portion: USD 3 | On menu | Operator-entered offering; ask staff before buying. | | M05 | Lemonade | 12 oz: USD 3; 20 oz: USD 4 | On menu | Operator-entered offering; ask staff before buying. | | M06 | Brownie | Brownie: USD 4 | Ask staff | Availability is not confirmed. | **Contact route:** Ask the serving staff before buying. This fictional example has no working order or contact channel. For a real pilot, replace this with a maintained operator contact route and test that it works. Six item identities have seven price choices: Lemonade alone has two sizes. Four identities are on the menu, one is paused and one is unconfirmed. Three stop records contain two announced stops and one cancellation. These are information counts, not customer, order or stock counts. ## Four diner decisions Give someone the public example before showing the answer key. Record their actual answer; do not pre-fill “passed” because the expected answer is written here. **D1. Where and when is the announced dinner stop on November 4?** Answer: Practice Yard, east entrance, Sample Lane; November 4, 17:00–20:00 America/Chicago. This is an announced plan, not a current GPS position. Reference: S02. Observed reader answer: ______ · Correct / Needs repair / Not tested: ______ **D2. Can I plan a November 5 lunch visit from this schedule?** Answer: No announced operating stop is listed for November 5. The Illustration Hall stop is canceled and no replacement is announced. Reference: S03. Observed reader answer: ______ · Correct / Needs repair / Not tested: ______ **D3. What listed price belongs to a 20 oz lemonade?** Answer: USD 4 for 20 oz. USD 3 belongs to the separate 12 oz choice. This is a listed price, not a checkout total. Reference: M05. Observed reader answer: ______ · Correct / Needs repair / Not tested: ______ **D4. Can this page promise me a wrap and a brownie?** Answer: No. The roasted vegetable wrap is paused; brownie availability is unconfirmed. Ask staff before buying. This page takes no orders. Reference: M03, M06. Observed reader answer: ______ · Correct / Needs repair / Not tested: ______ ## Blank operator sheet Truck name: ______ · Person maintaining this page: ______ Public information checked date/time: ______ · Time zone: ______ Public contact route: ______ · Last confirmed working: ______ Scope decision: keep existing page / try a menu-and-stops pilot / another system is required: ______ ### Public menu rows Use one stable item ID, with each size/option beside its own price. Leave an unknown answer explicit. Keep a paused item's identity and explanation visible. | Item ID and name | Choice / size | Currency and price | On menu / Paused / Ask staff | Public explanation | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ### Public stop rows | Stop ID | Date and local hours | Time zone | Place, entrance and usable directions | Announced / Canceled | Replacement or explicit unknown | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | ### Observe a reader | Task | Expected answer from your page | Reader's actual answer | Correct / Needs repair / Not tested | Next change and owner | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Find one dated stop and entrance | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | | Explain a cancellation or missing plan | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | | Match one option to its price | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | | Explain a paused or unknown item | ______ | ______ | ______ | ______ | Keep private staffing notes and customer details outside this public sheet. Before sharing a real page, check the full dates, time zone, contact route and the four reader answers on a phone. If essential information is missing, repair it or say it is unknown; do not invent a replacement stop or imply an order is accepted. ## Bring a small scope to Overskill If the pilot is useful, open the [Overskill brief builder](https://www.overskill.com/learn#brief-builder). Describe a public menu-and-stops page with item IDs, named price options, explicit paused/unknown states, dated announced stops, visible cancellations and an information-checkpoint date. Visitors read; only authorized operator staff edit. Treat that permission rule as a requirement to test in the app you build. Edit the brief's input fields, review the generated brief, then choose **Start build**. The link does not import this sheet or create a truck's data; supply your setup and four expected answers separately. Copy brief is available as a secondary handoff.
