# Visual launch walkthrough: text equivalent

This 48-second silent diagram walkthrough presents acceptance criteria. It is not
a recording of a completed build or a report of passing tests. There is no audio.

## 00:00–00:12 — Define

Start with one useful job. Who is this for? What should they finish?
Example: a client submits a design request and approves a specific deliverable.
Name the records, roles, and result first. Keep a short brief with a testable outcome.

## 00:12–00:24 — Prove

Test saved data and private access. A working screen is not proof of a working app.
Save a record, refresh, and sign in again. Use two accounts to check lists, direct
URLs, files, edits, and deletes across owners. Keep expected and observed results
for both accounts.

## 00:24–00:36 — Verify

Make failure recoverable. Check the whole journey before inviting customers.
Try invalid forms, retries, phone, and keyboard. Use test modes for payments and
connections. Write down any setup that remains incomplete. Keep completed checks
and a recovery plan.

## 00:36–00:48 — Learn

Launch small. Watch the real job. Can someone complete it without your help?
Invite a small pilot and observe the main task. Count completed jobs and returning
users. Improve the biggest obstacle before adding features.
