Fee schedule.

These are the pass-through processing rates charged when your generated app accepts payments, pays out a balance, or uses optional revenue-optimization tools. OverSkill takes no platform fee on top — the rates below are the underlying Whop + processor cost passed through unchanged. All amounts in USD.

Accepting payments

Charged to your account when a customer successfully completes a purchase on your app.

Fraud protection & disputes

Per-event protections. 3DS and Radar are per-transaction; disputes and RDR alerts are per-event.

Things worth knowing

No platform markup. OverSkill does not add a percentage or per-transaction fee on top of these rates. Your subscription plan ($15-$99/mo) pays for app generation; payment processing is separate and at-cost.
Failed transactions are free. Declined cards, abandoned checkouts, and expired authorizations are not charged.
Refunds. Refunding a transaction returns the customer's money but the original processing fee is not refunded by the card networks. Standard industry practice.
Disputes & chargebacks. The $15 dispute fee is charged per chargeback filed by the customer, regardless of whether you win or lose. Won disputes return the disputed amount; lost disputes do not.
Volume discounts. Available for accounts processing more than $250K/month. Contact [email protected] for a custom quote.
Changes to this schedule. We give 30 days notice via email to all active payment-accepting accounts before any rate change takes effect. The version of this schedule active on the date a transaction settles is the one that applies.
