Your app's built-in support agent now understands questions better

The support knowledge base your app uses to answer user questions now finds the most relevant answers by meaning — not just exact word matches. A behind-the-scenes model update also restores AI memory and idea features that had silently stopped working.

  • Support responses match what users actually mean, not just keywords
  • App memory and saved ideas work correctly again
  • More accurate answers from your existing knowledge base content

Templates browser now shows every template, no repeats

When browsing or searching templates, you could previously see the same template twice or miss others entirely as you paged through results. Every template now appears exactly once, in a consistent order.

  • Browse all available templates without hitting duplicates
  • Search results stay consistent as you page through
  • No more accidentally skipping templates that match what you need

Usage Dashboard now shows all your apps accurately

The Usage by App view was missing some apps and showing totals that didn't match the breakdown. Everything lines up correctly now — every app you've built appears, and the numbers add up.

  • All apps now appear in your usage breakdown, not just published ones
  • The total usage figure now matches the sum of your individual app rows
  • You get a complete, trustworthy picture of where your credits are going

Fetching large web pages no longer freezes your AI build session

If your AI assistant tried to read a very large file or webpage during a build, it could get stuck in a loop, lose your connection, and burn through credits without making progress. That's now fixed — large content is handled cleanly and your session stays on track.

  • AI build sessions no longer stall or disconnect when reading large web content
  • Credits are no longer wasted on repeated failed attempts
  • Your work-in-progress is preserved even when pulling in big external files

Mobile header stays clean and on one line

On phones, the navigation bar was wrapping onto two lines, pushing the Log In and Start Building buttons below the logo. The header now stays neatly on a single row at any screen size.

  • Navigation looks polished on iPhones and Android phones
  • Log In and Start Building buttons are always visible without scrolling or squinting

Apps that couldn't save data are back to working

A specific class of apps was returning an error whenever a user tried to save a record, meaning not a single row of data could be stored. This is now resolved, and affected apps are fully operational again.

  • Data saving works reliably again in affected apps
  • No more silent errors when your users submit forms or create records
  • Prevents this class of broken state from occurring in newly built apps

Support assistant gives accurate GitHub export guidance

The in-app support assistant was incorrectly telling users they could connect GitHub through the AI chat — sending them on a wild goose chase. It now correctly points you to the Publish dialog, where the GitHub export button actually lives.

  • No more confusing dead-ends when asking how to export your app to GitHub
  • Support guidance now matches what the product actually does, step by step

Apps stay online longer under heavy traffic

Under sustained load, some apps were running out of memory and restarting unexpectedly, causing brief downtime for your users. We've added smarter memory management so apps hold up much better during busy periods.

  • Apps are more resilient during traffic spikes
  • Fewer unexpected restarts mean less downtime for your users
  • Better memory efficiency across all hosted apps

AI app builds no longer interrupted mid-generation

Apps were occasionally failing mid-build during busy periods due to routine updates resetting in-progress work. That's fixed — your builds now run to completion reliably, even when we're shipping updates in the background.

  • Builds no longer get cut short when we deploy improvements to OverSkill
  • You'll see fewer failed or incomplete app generations
  • More consistent results when generating complex, multi-screen apps

AI app builds no longer interrupted by routine updates

AI-powered app generation now runs on its own dedicated process, so your builds keep going uninterrupted even when we ship updates — no more builds silently failing mid-way through.

  • AI builds no longer get cut short when OverSkill ships a routine update
  • More reliable, consistent build completions from start to finish
  • Fewer unexplained failures when generating or regenerating your app

Plan mode credit costs now clearly explained

The tooltip for Plan mode now accurately describes what it costs to use, so you can make informed decisions before diving into a planning session. No more surprises on your credit balance.

  • Clearer tooltip tells you upfront what a Plan mode session will cost
  • Matches the updated help article so guidance is consistent everywhere
  • Removes misleading 'cheaper' language that confused many builders

Large apps now deploy successfully without hitting size limits

Apps with lots of separate pages or sections no longer fail to publish with an 'Assets too large' error. No matter how your app is structured, OverSkill now handles the heavy lifting automatically so your publish always goes through.

  • Publishing no longer fails on complex, multi-page apps that were previously blocked
  • No changes needed on your end — existing apps that hit this error will now deploy cleanly
  • Removes a hard blocker that had no workaround for affected projects

Google Calendar & Gmail integrations connect reliably

Connecting Google Calendar and Gmail to your apps would sometimes fail silently, leaving integrations in a broken state. Both now activate correctly every time.

  • Gmail and Google Calendar connections now save and activate as expected
  • Apps using multiple Google integrations at once work without conflict
  • No more blank or stuck states after connecting a Google service

AI model cost estimates are now stable and accurate

When comparing AI models for your app, the cost figures shown no longer drift or climb unexpectedly after a test run finishes. You'll see reliable, trustworthy numbers from the moment results appear.

  • Cost estimates no longer keep changing after you've already reviewed them
  • Comparing AI models gives you a consistent, apples-to-apples view of what each option will cost
  • Helps you make confident decisions about which AI model to use in your app

  • Text renders sharper on Mac and mobile screens automatically
  • Polished interface feel baked in from the first build
  • No design work required — your app just looks better
