iPhone forms no longer hijack the screen when tapped

On iPhones, tapping a text field or text area inside your app used to zoom in and never zoom back out — a disorienting trap for your users. That annoying behavior is now gone across all apps.

  • Tapping any input field on iPhone no longer triggers an unwanted zoom
  • Affects every app built on OverSkill — no rebuild required
  • Your users get a smoother, more professional feel on mobile

App builder no longer gets stuck silently for 30+ minutes

In some cases the AI builder would appear to be working for a long time and then stop without making any progress. It now detects this situation quickly and surfaces an honest status so you can retry right away.

  • No more builds appearing "in progress" for 30+ minutes with nothing happening
  • You'll get an accurate status faster so you can take action sooner
  • Reduces wasted time waiting on builds that were already stalled

Gmail connect works again — no more 'Access blocked' error

Connecting your Gmail account was failing for everyone with a Google 'Access blocked' screen. That's now fixed and Gmail integration works reliably again.

  • You can now connect Gmail without hitting Google's block screen
  • The fix applies to all OAuth-based integrations going forward

Stale password reset links now tell you clearly instead of failing silently

If you clicked an older password reset email after requesting a new one, you'd be shown the reset form as if everything was fine — only to hit an error after submitting. Now you'll see a clear message upfront so you know to use the latest link.

  • Expired or superseded password reset links are caught before you fill in the form
  • No more confusing dead-ends after submitting a new password
  • Clearer guidance to request a fresh reset link when needed

Deleting a database table actually deletes it now

Using the Schema tab to delete a table was silently failing — the table appeared gone in your dashboard but the data wasn't actually removed. It's now deleted properly, all the way through.

  • Table deletion from the Schema tab now fully removes the table and its data
  • No more ghost tables quietly persisting in the background

Apps with logos can now be installed to home screens on mobile

Apps that had a custom logo were missing a required icon size, which prevented Android and some browsers from offering the "Add to Home Screen" install prompt. Both required icon sizes are now included automatically.

  • Apps with a logo can now be installed to home screens on Android and supported browsers
  • The install prompt appears correctly without any changes needed on your end
  • All generated apps with logos are covered automatically

Publishing your app is more reliable — fewer failed deploys

A handful of publish attempts were getting permanently stuck or incorrectly marked as failed, even when the app had actually gone live. Publishes now recover gracefully and report their true status.

  • Apps that successfully published but showed an error will no longer get stuck
  • The publish process retries network hiccups instead of giving up
  • Both preview and live (production) publishes are covered

Scheduled task history no longer shows false successes

The tasks panel was logging runs as "completed" even when nothing actually ran — making it look like your scheduled tasks were working when they weren't. The history now only shows genuine executions.

  • Task run history reflects what actually happened, not phantom completions
  • Easier to spot if a scheduled task is genuinely running or silently doing nothing
  • Cleans up misleading green checkmarks from the tasks panel

AI builder gives accurate answers about credit usage

The AI assistant inside the builder was sometimes telling users that certain actions — like pasting in content — were free when they actually used credits. Those answers are now correct.

  • The builder AI now accurately explains what uses credits and what doesn't
  • Fewer billing surprises — what the AI tells you matches what you're charged

Paid MSai Platinum access is granted automatically and reliably

Some customers who purchased MSai Platinum were not receiving their OverSkill access grant despite a successful payment. That gap is now closed — purchases are detected and access is granted automatically.

  • One-time Platinum purchases now trigger your OverSkill access automatically
  • No more need to contact support after a Platinum purchase to get unlocked

Data records with public authorship save without errors

Apps that let users create publicly visible records tied to their profile were hitting a silent error and failing to save. That's fixed — those records save correctly every time now.

  • Public-with-author data entries (e.g. posts, listings, submissions) now save reliably
  • No changes needed to your app — the fix is automatic

Account menu now fits neatly inside the sidebar

The account menu no longer spills outside the sidebar panel when you open it. Everything stays clean and aligned, exactly where you'd expect it.

  • Account menu popover stays within the sidebar boundaries
  • Cleaner navigation experience with no overlapping elements

Your app's scheduled reminders & tasks now actually run

Scheduled tasks — like daily digests, push reminders, or timed automations — were silently doing nothing on published apps, even though they appeared to work during preview. They now fire correctly once your app is live.

  • Reminders, recurring tasks, and timed automations now run reliably on your published app
  • No more 'works in preview, broken in production' surprises for anything time-based
  • Existing published apps will pick up missed scheduled work automatically

Scheduled notifications now deliver reliably after republishing

Apps with scheduled tasks that send in-app notifications will now correctly deliver those notifications after you republish — no more silent drops for tasks set up before a recent update.

  • Scheduled tasks that send notifications now work correctly after every republish
  • Existing tasks are automatically brought up to date — no manual fixes needed
  • Notifications reach your users as intended, on the schedule you set

Remixed apps can now be published without hitting a dead end

Apps built by remixing an existing project were blocked from ever going live — every publish attempt failed with a vague error and a suggestion to retry that never worked. Publishing remixed apps now works exactly like any other app.

  • Remix your favorite starting point and publish it to the world without issues
  • The publish button now gives you honest feedback if something genuinely needs your attention
  • No more infinite retry loops on projects you built from a remix
