Credit packs vs subscriptions

OverSkill sells credits two ways. Which one's right for you depends on how often you build.

OverSkill sells credits two ways: monthly subscriptions (bundled with extra features) and one-time credit packs. Here's how to pick.

Subscriptions — best for regular builders

Plans:

  • Free — small monthly bundle, perfect for trying things out
  • Pro ($20/mo) — 5x the credits + priority support + custom domains included
  • Team ($49/mo) — even more credits + team seats + faster support

You should subscribe if:

  • You build new apps or major features more than once a month
  • You want predictable monthly costs
  • You'd benefit from the other perks (team seats, custom domains, etc.)

Subscription credits don't roll over — they reset each month. So if you barely used last month's, those go to waste.

Credit packs — best for occasional builders

One-time purchases:

  • $10, $25, $100, or custom amount
  • Credits never expire
  • Carry over month to month

You should buy a pack instead of subscribing if:

  • You only build a few apps a year
  • You don't need custom domains or team seats
  • You'd rather pay nothing most months

Combining both (what most active users do)

You can do both — subscribe AND buy packs:

  • Use your monthly subscription credits first (they expire)
  • Dip into your credit pack for the months you go over

OverSkill automatically uses subscription credits first, then packs. You'll never accidentally burn a pack while you have subscription credits available.

Switching between

You can subscribe and unsubscribe any time. Credit packs are always available to buy.

Downgrading from Pro to Free? You keep using any unused subscription credits from your current billing period, then the bundle stops refilling.

Team billing

If you're on the Team plan, credits live at the workspace level — everyone on your team draws from the same pool. See Team billing and seats.

What are credits?

Credits are how OverSkill measures the AI work you use. Here's what one credit gets you and how to read the meter.
