Server-rendered HTML at a custom domain root

Return a full HTML document at the root of a connected custom domain, chosen by that domain, without changing the root page on the app's other addresses. Today every domain's root is the same client app shell. A custom endpoint can return HTML, but only on a path with a segment, and that path applies on every domain.
