You supply your own Twilio credentials as
environment variables on your app —
TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN, TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER.
Add them under Settings → Environment Variables, mark them
secret, and call Twilio from a server-side
endpoint so the keys never reach the browser.
