The Assignment Board is the agency's day: upcoming jobs by date and mode — simultaneous booth, consecutive, remote video or whispered — with status at a glance. Assignment Detail carries what an interpreter actually needs to walk into the room prepared: venue and booth number, the relay chain, the language pair, the subject-matter brief, attached glossaries, the equipment list and call times. The Interpreter Roster holds all 74 with their pairs, AIIC and court accreditations, availability and day-rate, and Matching answers the question the phone call always is — who is qualified, accredited and free for this pair, this mode, this date.

Language Pairs shows the depth of bench per pair against demand, which is how an agency learns it is one illness away from failing a client. Booth Equipment books transmitters, receivers and consoles against assignments so a confirmed job never arrives without hardware. Glossaries & Terminology keeps per-client term bases, because consistency across a multi-day congress is the deliverable. The Client Portal gives an organisation its bookings, invoices and spend by language; Compliance tracks accreditation expiry, confidentiality agreements and the rest-time rules that simultaneous work legally requires; and Invoicing reconciles assignment lines, interpreter fees and client rate into margin. Visually Booth is built in the language of the mid-century Polish poster school — Trepkowski, Świerzy, Tomaszewski — rather than a generic translation-SaaS page: torn and cut paper collage shapes drawn with irregular hand-cut edges, a restricted flat-ink palette of deep ink navy, off-white paper, vermilion and mustard with no gradients anywhere, oversized expressive display capitals that deliberately overlap the collage plate with a printed registration offset, drop caps and a true multi-column editorial rhythm on hairline rules, and a symbolic divided-head-and-speech-form motif standing for the act of interpreting.
