Overview

Cordage is a complete production, order and wholesale operations app for a traditional ropewalk. It tracks every rope from baled fibre through eight stages of production to despatch, with hard flags for quality and delivery issues, alongside fibre inventory, spinning records, load testing and a customer portal.

The Walk Board is the dense register at the app's centre, tracking every rope in production across the eight-stage pipeline from Fibre Prep to Despatched. It displays order number, customer, end use, fibre, construction, diameter, length, strand count, lay length and target breaking load in kN, with hard flags surfacing quality and delivery exceptions at a glance.
