Synapse

Synapse is a zettelkasten-style knowledge base: capture atomic notes, link them with [[wiki-links]], and watch your web of thought light up in an interactive graph. Daily notes, a linked inbox, backlinks, and a constellation graph view — wrapped in a bold psychedelic-poster aesthetic (neon Monoton/Bungee type, magenta-teal-tangerine palette). A productivity template for thinkers who connect ideas instead of filing them in folders.

Kinoteka

Kinoteka runs a repertory cinema and film archive end to end: a 480-seat 1928 atmospheric auditorium with 35mm and 70mm projection, a 120-seat studio, a 40-seat viewing room beside the nitrate vault, 4,108 prints and DCPs, and a members' society of 3,800. The Programme Grid holds four weeks of screenings with original title, director, country and year, running time, format (35mm print, 70mm, DCP, 16mm, digital restoration), aspect ratio, subtitle language and whether burned-in or electronic, certificate, screen, showtime, the season it belongs to, the introduction or Q&A guest, and seats sold against capacity. Alongside it: the collection and print register with condition reports and vinegar-syndrome watch, a rights-and-bookings desk tracking distributors, licence windows, minimum guarantees and KDM validity, seasons and retrospectives in planning, a projection log by booth and operator, box office and yield, the members' society with tiers and renewals, venue and fabric, and a restoration slate. Members get a portal for what's on, priority booking and their own screening history. Built in the Polish Poster School manner — an asymmetric off-centre fold, a hand-authored vermilion-and-violet poster plate, hard offset shadows and monospace rails.

Carrier

Carrier runs an international shortwave and mediumwave transmitting station end to end. Schedule every transmission by frequency, target area, azimuth and transmitter; track six high-power transmitters with tube hours, anode readings, cooling and fault logs; manage eleven curtain and rhombic arrays with gains, beamwidths and VSWR sweeps; coordinate seasonal HFCC frequency registrations and detect collisions; run the four-shift duty log, the programme grid across nine language services, remote SINPO monitoring and the engineering outage plan. Listeners get their own portal with local-time schedules, best-frequency-now recommendations, reception reports and QSL cards. Styled as a machine-age Art Deco transmitter hall: drawn instrument dials, brass hairlines and a signal amber reserved for on-air state.
