Isotope is a bench operations platform for small academic or biotech research labs. It moves every experiment across a six-stage run board — Planned, Prepping, Running, Data Collected, Analysis, Written Up — and tracks samples, instruments, protocols, reagents and grant spending in one place.

The six-stage run board is the center of Isotope, moving experiments from Planned through Written Up. Each card holds the protocol version, owner, sample IDs, booked instrument, replicate count and result flag; clicking opens a run detail with the step-by-step protocol checklist, reagent lots, observations and readouts. This is where lab work gets coordinated and tracked in real time.
