Optic & Lamp tracks first-order Fresnel bivalves and LED lanterns, rotation periods, mercury baths and roller carriages, lamp hours to changeover, and flash character measured against nominal in milliseconds. Buoyage & Moorings holds every mark's IALA region A classification, sinker weight, chain grade and remaining diameter against condemning size, watch circle and drift from charted position. Tender Operations plans lifts against tidal windows and wave-height limits; Power & Telemetry watches solar output, depth of discharge and autonomy days; Notices & Statutory issues Notices to Mariners and runs the wreck-marking log; the Buoy Yard covers shot-blast, coat thickness and chain proof-load certificates; Engineering & Fabric holds pointing, lightning-protection continuity and condition surveys.
