Around it: a lookout watch logging smoke reports by azimuth bearing with cross-bearings resolved between towers, daily fire weather and danger with 10-hour fuel moisture, energy release component, burning index and the posted adjective rating, a crew roster tracking red-card qualifications, pack tests and rotation hours against limits, a prescribed-burn planner that evaluates every unit GO or NO-GO parameter by parameter against today's actual readings, a fuels treatment register, trails and campgrounds with closures and posted restriction stage, the fire cache, and volunteers and public education. Visitors get their own portal with today's danger rating, open and closed trails, their campground reservation, a defensible-space checklist and their volunteer shifts. Set as a ruled three-column district bulletin in flat 1930s WPA screen-print ink — receding ridge bands, a drawn lookout tower and smoke column, poster seals and stacked condensed caps, with zero gradients and zero photography.
