Overview

Rood is the complete administration platform for a statutory allotment association, managing 246 rods of cultivated land across four sites, 168 tenancies, a 214-name waiting list, a trading hut, water infrastructure, an annual show, and statutory obligations to the parish council. The system maintains a plot register, tenancy and rent ledger, inspection records, waiting-list management, trading inventory, work-party coordination, show scheduling, and a tenant portal.
