Around it run the tenancy and rent ledger with statutory notice periods actually served, the waiting list with offers, refusals and the two-refusals rule applied, the scored inspection rounds with appeals heard by committee, the trading hut with seed potato varieties, fertiliser by bag size, margins and stock against reorder level, the water and infrastructure record with work-party rotas and hours credited, the annual show schedule class by class with judging standards and cup custody, the committee and constitution with the parish lease and its break clauses, and a tenant portal showing a member's plot card, cultivation score history, any notice served and when it expires, work-party hours and show results. Set in the idiom of the Victorian and Edwardian nurseryman's seed catalogue — chromolithographed banner cartouches, ornamental compound rules, drop caps, ruled price tables with dotted leaders, and a surveyor's plate of the four sites with vacant plots hatched.

Large hard-edged fields of saturated flat color are butted directly against one another with no gutter, so the page reads as a pieced top rather than a set of cards; the wordmark itself is split across two blocks, SAM and PLER, each landing in its own field. Dashed seam rules stand in for stitching, nine-patch and log-cabin block plates are drawn as real geometry rather than decoration, and the palette is indigo, madder red, sage and ochre on unbleached muslin. Type is Bricolage Grotesque set enormous and Karla for the reading copy. No cards with rounded corners, no soft shadows, no craft-store cursive. Behind the front page is the guild itself: the year-at-a-glance program calendar, the block-of-the-month challenge with each member's completed blocks and streak, the juried show with entries by category and ribbon assignments, charity drives tracking blocks pledged against tops finished, a lending library with who has what checked out and when it is due, the member roster with dues status and committee roles, and workshop registration with seat counts and a real waitlist.
