Sanguine runs a regional blood and transfusion service as one operations app — a donor register carrying ABO/RhD group, extended phenotype, haemoglobin trend, next-eligible date, deferral state and rare-donor flags across 41,800 donors; session planning for 34 mobile sessions a month plus three donor centres; the collection record with draw times and graded adverse events; a component processing laboratory tracking every unit's separation, leucodepletion, irradiation and calculated expiry; the testing laboratory with the mandatory microbiology panel and its release or quarantine decision; live stock and inventory by group and component against days of cover; hospital issue and cold-chain transport to 19 hospitals; quality, traceability and haemovigilance; and a donor portal with charted haemoglobin, next-eligible date and appointment booking. Styled after Olivetti's corporate graphics under Giovanni Pintori — flat off-white and slate fields animated by abstract concentric-ring marks, warm ochre and a single deep vermilion signal, Space Grotesk and IBM Plex Mono, with a hand-drawn inline-SVG regional stock constellation whose ring counts encode days of cover.
