A complete network-records and field-operations platform for a regional fibre-optic access network operator — 1,240 route kilometres of duct, 38,400 premises passed and 14,900 connected, nine exchanges, 214 street cabinets, 4,820 jointing chambers and six splicing teams. The signature Status Board carries every fault and works item as a dense row: reference, type (fibre break, chamber flooded, cabinet power loss, planned works, third-party dig strike), the route section and chamber identified, premises affected, circuits down by service class, the OTDR-measured distance to the break in metres, the team dispatched with its ETA, elapsed time against the regulated repair clock with the headroom remaining, the traffic-management permit state, and hard flags for SLA BREACH IMMINENT, NO PERMIT, TEAM UNASSIGNED, WAYLEAVE MISSING and CORE EXHAUSTED. Behind it: cable and duct records with fibre counts, sheath against optical length and remaining ways free; the fibre-by-fibre splice register — every closure, tray and fibre in the standard twelve-colour sequence with its A-end and B-end assignment, measured splice loss against the 0.10 dB acceptance threshold and the jointer who made it; optical budgets and OTDR results at 1310, 1490 and 1550 nanometres adjudicated PASS, MARGINAL or FAIL; exchanges, cabinets and splitters with ODF capacity, OLT ports lit and split ratios; 4,820 chambers with duct occupancy, standing water and confined-space classification; wayleaves and street-works permits with reinstatement standards and guarantee periods; the build programme with premises passed against target and cost per premises; and teams, vans, fusion splicers and OTDRs with arc counts and calibration expiries. Service providers get a wholesale portal with live circuits and optical margin, faults with the regulated clock running, availability against contract, the provisioning pipeline and a serviceability lookup. Drawn entirely in the idiom of Giovanni Pintori's Olivetti posters and the Studio Boggeri school — flat poster colour butted edge to edge, constellation fields of marks that render real quantities, right-angled hairline schematics and an oversized display numeral bleeding off the plate.
