Adding team members / collaborators to your app

Invite teammates into your workspace by email so they can work on your apps with you.

Inviting someone to build with you

Workspace admins can invite teammates by email. Open the account menu, click Team members, enter their email, and pick Member or Admin. Once they accept, they can work on the apps their role and app-access settings allow. See Inviting teammates.

Never share your own login to give someone access. Invite them instead, so each person has their own account and you can remove them later.

Sharing an app without editing access

  • Share your app's live link with anyone so they can use it.
  • Share a preview link to show work in progress.

Whose credits are used?

Builder work on a workspace's app uses that workspace's credits, including work started by an invited teammate. Inviting someone does not give the app a separate credit balance for that person.

Give collaborators only the role and app access they need. Being a workspace teammate is different from being a customer who signs into the finished app. For client-owned projects, make sure you are working in the client's workspace before starting billed work.
