Affiliate program — how it works (and when it's available to you)
How OverSkill's affiliate program works — a flat 20% recurring commission on subscriptions — and how to tell whether it's available on your account yet.
OverSkill has an affiliate program that pays you for referring new subscribers. It's rolling out gradually, so the first thing to know is how to tell whether it's live on your account.
Is it available on my account?
The affiliate program is rolling out in stages and is not enabled for every account yet. If you don't see an Affiliate or Referrals option in your account menu, it simply hasn't been turned on for you yet — it's coming.
If you'd like to take part and don't see it, reply to support and we'll let you know where things stand for your account. Please don't rely on guessing an affiliate link or URL — if the program isn't enabled for you, that link won't work, and we'd rather get you a real one when it's ready.
How the commission works
When the program is active for you and someone subscribes through your referral:
- You earn a flat 20% commission.
- It's recurring — you earn that 20% on the subscription and on each renewal, for as long as that person stays subscribed. It is not a one-time payout.
- Commissions apply to subscriptions. Credit packs and top-ups are not part of the affiliate commission.
How referrals are tracked
Referrals and payouts are handled through our payments partner. Once the program is enabled for you, your account will show your referral details and any earnings there. We don't have a separate promo kit
to hand out — when it's live, everything you need is in your account.
The short version
- Flat 20% recurring commission on subscriptions (every renewal, not one-time).
- Applies to subscriptions, not credit packs or top-ups.
- Rolling out gradually — it may not be enabled on your account yet.
- If you want in and don't see it, ask support and we'll point you to the next step.
