Getting help in ClickFunnels AI

Use the help icon inside ClickFunnels AI to search articles, ask a question, or open a ticket. ClickFunnels 2.0 and Classic have their own support.

The fastest way to reach us is the help icon inside ClickFunnels AI. In the editor it is the question mark in the top toolbar; elsewhere it is a floating button in the corner of the screen.

It opens a panel with three tabs:

  • Articles — search help articles without leaving what you were doing.
  • Chat — ask a question in plain English. This is support, not the builder: to change your funnel, use the prompt box in the editor instead.
  • Tickets — if chat cannot resolve it, open a ticket here and we will email you when someone picks it up.

A ticket you open from www.clickfunnels.ai reaches the ClickFunnels AI desk, so you do not need to explain which product you are in.

What to tell us

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • What you expected
  • The name or address of the funnel, if it is specific to one

Questions we cannot answer

ClickFunnels 2.0 and ClickFunnels Classic are separate products with their own support teams, and we have no access to those accounts. For anything about them — including what you are billed for them — start at clickfunnels.com.
