A complete grading, syllabus and rank-authority platform for a traditional martial-arts association and the eleven dōjō affiliated to it — 1,480 registered students, a technical syllabus running from 10th kyū to 5th dan across four disciplines, and a rank register of 3,900 certificates sealed since 1974. The signature Grading Board carries every examination as a dense row: event code and date, host dōjō and mat, discipline, the grades being examined, candidate count, the panel appointed with each examiner's own grade and licence expiry, the fee band, the syllabus revision being examined against, and hard flags for PANEL INCOMPLETE, EXAMINER LICENCE EXPIRED, MINIMUM MAT-HOURS NOT MET, LICENCE LAPSED and INSUFFICIENT TIME IN GRADE. Behind it: the technical syllabus grade by grade with every required technique in its own romanised terminology, the prescribed kata with their step counts, the minimum time in grade and mat hours, and the marking scheme per component; the rank register with certificate numbers, sealing examiner, association seal number and revocations; a candidate eligibility gate that computes ELIGIBLE or NOT ELIGIBLE and names the failing condition; the licensed examiner panel with licence class, maximum grade examinable and conflict-of-interest declarations; the eleven affiliated dōjō with mat area, sessions and instructor grades; a kata and forms library with embusen patterns, common faults and dan-level bunkai; and the competition squad with weight categories and national-ranking points. Students get their own portal carrying their licence card, current grade, an eligibility panel showing every requirement met or outstanding with the exact shortfall, their mat-hours ledger, the syllabus for the grade they are working toward ticked technique by technique, and their certificate history. Drawn entirely as Edo-period mokuhanga woodblock printing and the densho transmission scroll — flat separated colour plates with visible key-block outlines, hand-authored sumi brush rules, vermilion hanko seal stamps marking awarded and sealed states, kamon crest roundels coding each discipline, indigo keylines and a kozo-paper grain, read as a handscroll that unrolls horizontally. Rigger makes the decision defensible by keeping the evidence in one place and showing the arithmetic in the open. The product is the squad ladder and the seat race. The ladder ranks every rower by an age- and weight-adjusted 2k erg score, so a 58-year-old lightweight and a 31-year-old heavyweight can be compared honestly rather than by raw split. The seat race screen runs the classic swap protocol: two boats, matched pieces over a set course, one pair of athletes exchanged between pieces, and the margin swing attributed per athlete — piece by piece, in seconds, with the wind and course conditions recorded alongside so a result can be read in context instead of taken on faith. Around that sit the rest of the coaching job: lineup builder with rigging side, seat and category per boat; erg history with 2k, 5k and 6k progression per athlete and adjusted-score trend; regatta entries with category eligibility and crew declaration; and attendance tracking, because a seat is earned at practice as much as on the machine. Every selection ends in a per-athlete verdict a coach can send out and stand behind. Built for masters rowing clubs, collegiate and junior programs, and any squad that selects competitively from a deeper roster than it can seat. The design is a race-results broadsheet — heavy condensed sign lettering, a running results ticker, tabular monospaced splits, hairline-ruled result tables and a single signal red used only for times and verdicts.

A complete operations platform for an independent indoor climbing gym and its route-setting programme — a 14-metre lead wall, nine top-rope lines, a 220-square-metre bouldering cave across six setting zones, 1,180 members and roughly 3,400 holds. The signature Wall Board carries every zone as a dense row: zone code, square metres, panel angles, live problem count, date last stripped, days since reset against the target interval, the setter on the last reset, holds reserved for the next set, tape colour in use, and hard flags for RESET OVERDUE, HOLDS SHORT, BOLT TORQUE CHECK DUE, GRADE CONSENSUS DISPUTED and CLOSED FOR SETTING.
