The signature Test Distribution Plan carries every sport as a dense row: the physiological risk assessment score, the registered pool size, the in-competition against out-of-competition split, the analytical menu ordered per sample (standard screen, EPO, GH isoforms and biomarkers, steroid profile, IRMS confirmation), tests planned against delivered with the percentage complete, cost per test and budget consumed, and hard flags for PLAN UNDER-DELIVERED, NO OUT-OF-COMPETITION COVERAGE, MENU NON-COMPLIANT and INTELLIGENCE REVIEW OVERDUE. Behind it: the whereabouts register with each athlete's quarterly filing state, declared 60-minute testing slot, filing failures and missed tests in the rolling twelve-month window and a 3-strike counter naming the exact date each strike expires; the doping control mission with its officer and chaperones, notification and presentation times, vessel and kit codes, specific gravity against the 1.005 minimum, volume against 90ml, declared medications and any irregularity with the athlete's own comment transcribed; the chain of custody kept as an unbroken sequence of transfers with A and B seal numbers, both signatures, temperature-logger readings, courier and consignment, transit hours against the 72-hour target and a seal-integrity check at every hand-off; laboratory results classified negative, atypical, adverse analytical finding or atypical passport finding with the substance, its WADA List class, the concentration against the decision limit and the certificate of analysis; therapeutic use exemptions assessed against all four ISTUE criteria by a named committee; results management from notice of charge through provisional suspension, B-sample election, tribunal hearing, period of ineligibility and appeal; the athlete biological passport with haemoglobin, reticulocyte percentage and OFF-score plotted against individually-calculated limits and reviewed by a three-expert panel; and the education programme and the accredited officer workforce. Athletes get their own portal to file whereabouts with a live strike warning, check a medication against the Prohibited List, open a TUE, and read their full testing history and their rights during a control. Drawn entirely in the idiom of Otl Aicher's Munich 1972 Olympic identity — isometric pictograms built on a 45-degree grid, an exposed modular hairline grid, stepped right-angled route diagrams, and flat colour used strictly as an information code. Rigger makes the decision defensible by keeping the evidence in one place and showing the arithmetic in the open. The product is the squad ladder and the seat race. The ladder ranks every rower by an age- and weight-adjusted 2k erg score, so a 58-year-old lightweight and a 31-year-old heavyweight can be compared honestly rather than by raw split. The seat race screen runs the classic swap protocol: two boats, matched pieces over a set course, one pair of athletes exchanged between pieces, and the margin swing attributed per athlete — piece by piece, in seconds, with the wind and course conditions recorded alongside so a result can be read in context instead of taken on faith. Around that sit the rest of the coaching job: lineup builder with rigging side, seat and category per boat; erg history with 2k, 5k and 6k progression per athlete and adjusted-score trend; regatta entries with category eligibility and crew declaration; and attendance tracking, because a seat is earned at practice as much as on the machine. Every selection ends in a per-athlete verdict a coach can send out and stand behind. Built for masters rowing clubs, collegiate and junior programs, and any squad that selects competitively from a deeper roster than it can seat. The design is a race-results broadsheet — heavy condensed sign lettering, a running results ticker, tabular monospaced splits, hairline-ruled result tables and a single signal red used only for times and verdicts.

A complete operations platform for an independent indoor climbing gym and its route-setting programme — a 14-metre lead wall, nine top-rope lines, a 220-square-metre bouldering cave across six setting zones, 1,180 members and roughly 3,400 holds. The signature Wall Board carries every zone as a dense row: zone code, square metres, panel angles, live problem count, date last stripped, days since reset against the target interval, the setter on the last reset, holds reserved for the next set, tape colour in use, and hard flags for RESET OVERDUE, HOLDS SHORT, BOLT TORQUE CHECK DUE, GRADE CONSENSUS DISPUTED and CLOSED FOR SETTING.
